Cry with someone. It’s more healing than crying alone.

...even if that someone is small and cuddly and can't talk back.

A cuddly toy can sometimes be your best friend – they listen intently, don’t judge you, don’t argue, are always on your side and they don’t mind if you get their ears wet when you sob on them uncontrollably.

Alternatively – cry with your best friend in real life, such as your brother or sister:
